MPO Weekend Pies

Yesterday pies - Mini Pepperoni, Black Olives, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese from Sam's. King Arthur All Purpose Flour, 60% Hyd, no Olive Oil, cold ferment, ADY.

Pepperoni guaranteed with every bite.

Thanks Steve, yes, mini-pepperonis. My kids likes them better than the regular pepperonis.

Great looking pies. Being away from home I am longing to get in the kitchen.
BUT in that 1st pic, I think at 10-11 o'clock there may be a SMALL bite with no pepperoni.

Thanks Bob, with all purpose flour, I got lighter leopard on the bottom, but much crispier than the bread flour.

The pies look great Bert. The crust and crumb are really pretty.

I don't know why exactly, but i don't like the look of the mini pepperoni. I don't particularly like the look of the really big ones either.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
