HELLO

hi everyone! im excited to be here and learn from you guys! i have bee trying to register but something happened with my email , but finally i am here!

im just an average guy , i live in READING, PA. grew up in brooklyn NYC and had the best pizza there! now i try to replicate my memories of these pizzas at home! look forward into growing with the community!

I live near Lancaster, Pa. and Ev (Steve) lives near Denver, Pa.

There are many members on this forum that will help you make the style of pizza you want to create.

Z3r01, welcome to the forum. How long has it been since you've been back to Brooklyn, and, was the pizza as good as it was in your youth?

the pizza was still awesome and by far the best , i have tasted so many , even in philadelphia where they have many shops that say "NEW YORK pizza" which is false advertisement lol
