I have an iron plate for sale.
It is 16 X 16 inches and weighs 60 lb. One side is flat. The other side is beveled and has a 10 X 10 inch recessed panel. Thickness at the edge is ½ in. The panel is ¾ in thick. Thickness of the panel border is 1 and 1/8 in. Width of the panel border is 1 inch.
I don’t know what this iron was used for. There is some concrete around the edge of the panel. The iron is pitted from being out in the weather. However, it is not scaly; and I think it is smooth enough for baking.
