The guy sold it to me for $52.00.

I just switched to 5Stagioni because getting Caputo has been such a problem here. From what numerous others have told me, the 5Stagioni is better. I'm still using up the last of my Caputo, so I have not tried it yet.

Wow! After seeing the above I think I got ripped-off.  I bought my first bag of Caputo 00 Pizzeria 25kg. I bought it off Amazon (Taylor Market). It paid $70.xx plus 8.xx shipping for total of 79.xx -- should I start kicking myself now?

I think I will have to drive down to Houston and pick-up some 5Stagioni when I finish this stuff.

Any thoughts?
