It's probably just as elusive as finding that perfect pie if not more so.  There seems to be even more variables to juggle including the mood of the buffalo. Poor guy.  He will get there someday if he doesn't run out of money first.

I have to comment. I've been making cheese, bought a Normande milk cow from a female dairy farmer who also aquired a herd of water buffalo's. She gave me some milk to experiment with and I did not succeed. Long story short she can't find any cheesemaker to use the buffalo milk.

Holy cheese balls batman thats expensive!

I got these renet tablets im trying to figure out what to do with. Anyone know where i could find a Bison to court?  :-D

You can use rennet tabs to make cheese, but it's a bit on the weak side I believe.  It's better to use liquid rennet or natural rennet.  At least that is what I remembered when reading about cheese making.
