That is the same Acunto oven that Mangieri had installed at UPN in NYC in 2007. I don't think AM is certified.

BS yes only for sale to graduates. If anyone wants a Stefano I can get now get ( hook you up) with any size and  very reasonable with my new connections from expo ! BS is also that he is the only one in Mass.?
what about Jason Otoole in Hyannis ? Last I checked that was in mass?
Pies do look very good !  Spread the love ! Could be the only place with 2 Acuntos that I know of  I don't believe they are NSF cert. ? So Mass most be wanting to help the cause

These days, with the number of Ferrara's being sold, I think pretty much all the Acunto's being sold domestically are going to Roberto students.

A friend of mine had an Acunto he ended up selling because it wasn't NSF certified. He had the thing already set up in the shop, only to realize the fire inspector wouldn't approve it for use indoors!
