Trip from France to Italy
« on: October 14, 2012, 10:36:18 AM »
We are in Vernazza,It. Having been to Paris and Nice in FR. Nice pizza in Nice and Vernazza. I took pictures but unfortunately Apple won't let me upload to the forum from my iPad. The pizza in Nice was gas fired oven at 350 centigrade. 90 seconds cook according to the host. MMMM MMMM good. I will send pics on my return. In Vernazza IT. Now. Had a pizza for lunch, no oven stats, pizza was thin crust, good. Will also send pics to follow. So sorry Apple or site does not accept now. On to Bologna in 2days if train strike ends.
Ciao,
Mark

Man, I hate computers. I have tried to resize but no luck so far. I will keep trying. Ah I remember when uploading pics was easy!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately for me even when I resize apple doesn't tell me the size of the pic. Maybe I have had too much Italian vino ?

I think I figured it out, or got a program that will work.
This pizza from Nice,Fr. Baked in a gas fired oven. According to the host cooked at 350 centigrade for about 90 seconds. I can't confirm only to say it was tasty, good crust similar to other Napoletana (Neapolitan),pies I have eaten.
