Capicola/jalapeno pie for work tonite

Came out like more of a NY style using the RD 00 flour. Capicola, jalapeno, onions with mozz and prov. Came out very nice, hope the all like it!!

Thanks guys, No not the Red Head tonite, in the oven at 550,, convection roast setting. Pie took about 6 minutes or so. It's a bit heavy on the toppings or it would have had a shorter bake time. Bottom is very brown.

How do you reheat at the hospital...do they let Jon go back into the kitchen?

We used to have toaster ovens and stuff in the break room but now it's a fire hazzard and we're too stupid to use that kinda stuff. But they still let people burn that nasty ass micro popcorn!! So we use the nuke for reheating, better than nothing
