What do you think of their ranking scheme?  I'm not convinced it's valid.

I haven't been to CiCi’s Pizza for over 20 years. I am not sure how much it cost these days. All you can eat and affordability is a big factor.

Affordability is a huge factor. CiCi's pizza certainly isn't the greatest, but I've had worse, and kids love their mac 'n' cheese pizza. It's a buffet with salad, soup, pizza, and desserts. With a coupon, I can feed a family of five for under $25. There aren't too many places like that. If it weren't for this, I would never set foot in the place.

They make up for some of the money with the arcade games and toy cranes. Our rule is that he kids have to bring their own money if they want to play the games.
