I saw this on Adam's This Week in Pizza and thought it was worth posting here.

As much as I really wish Frank would extend his fermentation clock overnight, I have to admit, this is a pretty endearing portrait.

And that meatball pie- with the short rib meatballs... young dough or not... I must have.

Thanks for posting the link to the video.  I thoroughly enjoyed watching the video.  I sure could go for a slice of Best Pizza right now. 

I find it interesting when watching the video that Franks’ white pizzas also get a different look in the rim crust.  I have also noticed that with my white pizzas and wonder why that is.

I like the part where he asks his grandma "Grandma, do you like Best Pizza?", and she pats him on the cheek in that fond way that older people have and says something in Italian, probably "Yes, sweetie, it's very nice."  You can just see her thinking, "It's ok for a beginner, sonny boy. You've got a lot of pizza to make to catch up to me."
