I'm working on a new Escalon/Stanislaus cross reference page. I plan to add more information about the two producers and why their products are superior pizzamaking products.

I also added links to the cross reference table from the Glossary (http://www.pizzamaking.com/pizza_glossary.html) under the entries for Escalon and Stanislaus.  8)
