Is it my eyes that deceive me or is there a top crust on the Malnati's deep-dish pizza shown in the photo? Or maybe it's another layer of cheese? I don't recall either being used by Malnati's but I might be wrong on the extra cheese, if that is what it is. According to http://www.flickr.com/photos/chollsjr/2238378763/in/pool-34427469792@N01/, the Esquire photo was taken by Carlton Holls, Jr. in Schamburg on Dec. 16, 2011. There is at least one Malnati's in Schaumburg.
