What about the most important thing, like TASTE??? I have often found that Fresh mozzarella tastes very bland and without much flavor. Therefore, when i use it, I mix just a very small amount of Fresh Mozzarella with mostly Whole milk Mozzarella. But then again, I am using a home oven and not a wood fire oven. Perhaps cheese flavor is not the most important thing on this style of pizza??? However, your pies still look good. I would not turn them down.

Once again, how much flavor do you get out of your fresh mozzarella??? I would like to see your response on this? Thanks

PS
I am asking this to learn from other opinions. I am not trying to be critical of your pizza.

Tom, It has been a while since my first post regarding this subject... Mine tasted blend too (I use pizza grill inserts). Since I never tasted a true margarita pizza, I was only going by the look. I kind of gave up on fresh mozzarella for now. I will try to mix it with cheeses...
Bert,
