Quartz heat?

Thanks, yes I saw that and wasn't able to cut through all the mumbo-jumbo for either an actual bake temp., or, more importantly a pizza pic and some reviews. Must get pretty hot...advertise 2 1/2 min. bake time but I'm concerned/unfamiliar with reliability of quartz heater.

Just buy it and take one for the team.  I had a quartz watch that lasted for years.

Hmmm, you may be right. I hear those high quality quartz watches can get pretty hot....
