Remember when the look, or suggestion of a dirty joke or comment was funny without being outright blue. Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Red Skelton, Marx Brothers, Laurel and Hardy, Three Stooges, Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, W. C. Fields, Milton Berle................I could make a big list of the greats, just a small one here that everyone else still tries to copy and most don't even know who they are trying to copy. It's sad at work when I bring these names up and most look at the old man with a funny look not knowing that THEY are the ones missing out on not knowing what I'm talking about. Sad watching the classics fading away. Hell, the other nite they were talking on TV about a movement to save the songs and performances of the Adrews Sisters here from MN that did the WWII stuff like Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy from Co. C.....so sad, but I run on now..................
