This set of ovens was just built at a local BBQ joint called the Salt Lick. Serious 'que. They will not be used for pizza, just bread and general use at the wine tasting room/events area. 2 X 48" built from FB plans by masons who had never built an oven.
The only advice he would not take is the size of the flue, I sent him 13x13 but he needed 8x8 for his rock design. Hell, he may have smoked the faces on purpose in theme with the restaurant anyway. He has ashdrops with metal catch bins and very good handmade doors. Sorry for the crappy cell pics, I was just in the area and hadn't seen the completed ovens so I stopped by.
