It's a twist off my ma's corned beef boiled dinner. Thought, why not make it as a soup....AWESOME!! Made almost 5 gallons of it. Reminds me, I have to take a bag of it down to her tomorrow

That looks interesting and real tasty Dino. Is that a sliced egg roll placed around the meat? Love those bean sprouts...hard to find in a take out joint 'round here. Too perishable I guess. I get a giant bag of 'em for a buck right down the street from me at a real strange/funky wholesale place.

Well Spring Roll on the top. My joint uses vermicelli noodles (Bun) instead of the mung bean sprouts. This is a very eclectic dish. Different tastes, textures, temperatures all served with a delicious sauce (Nuoc Mam Pha). From what I have read, no two places/people make it the same. Good stuff IMO.

Usually, I'll pound the pork down to about 1/8" in thickness, Bob. I do enjoy a good proportion of breading, however.
