A folded slice of deli ham in the bottom of the cup, followed by seasoned ground pork, tomato sauce to fill the void, topped with grated w.milk mozz and crushed garlic.

Dulce de leche from sweetened condensed milk, slow boiled in the can, in a kettle covered with water for 4 hours. KEEP COVERED WITH WATER to keep from exploding. Reheated and dribbled over Dairy Queen ice cream. Forgot just how good that caramel stuff is, been a few years since I made it!!

Out of curiosity, do you think this could be done with a pressure cooker? I'm thinking: bring water to a gentle boil, place can in p.cooker, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.

Yes, you can, and it only takes 15 minutes, though it might be interesting to try it at 20, 25, and 30min and compare. Be sure to take safety seriously when doing this.

Not the best photo, but sourdough and black rice stuffed yellow bell pepper and shrooms, red potato mash.

At the local bakery, just broke into an empada de frango (chicken empada). Light, crumbly crust- not bad.
