Bob, that's exactly what I did. Very tasty and super simple. Tonight's dinner will be a stirfry with jasmine fried rice.
Diana, have you ever made rice and let it sit spread out on a small sheet pan uncovered over night in the frig?
That rice makes some mighty fine shrimp fried rice for me...turns out like take-out kind(if you like that).
I make that probably at least once a month...doctor it up reeeeel good too. Fresh bean sprouts(mung), water chestnuts, scallion, egg,etc.
I have a local wholesaler mean Chinese lady I get all sorts of fresh stuff from supa dupa cheeep mon!
