SOURDOUGH PANCAKES, after the last 2 days of P & P's (both ends if you catch my drift) I was finally able to get something down besides sips of water that would stay with me for 5 minutes and leave abruptly I must say they were very good and thus far are sitting comfortably!! Added some riced potatoes and fine diced onions to the batter(yes, living dangerously after recent issues) and dipped in REAL maple syrup and butter!

That sounds really good. We had 2 pies. 1 was onion, mush, gr pepper and pepperoni, the other was mush, onion and capicola.

It looks like egg in the pic but its not. It's a bread with a really crispy exterior and a dense chewy inside. Not like any "pancake" I've had.

Omah over in Germany makes a scratch, homemade tomato soup that is a World class dish...it truly is an amazing taste that is but a few simple ingredients. If anyone is interested I will send you the secret ingredient at no charge...just PM me. It is so awesome I would like my friends here to experience it. Here is a wiki on the herb that makes this dish....notice the name is so applicable.
