A sourdough tartine of shredded duck (leftover from xmas), caramelized onions (with pickle juice) and perfectly ripe Époisses : stuck under broiler just until the cheese melts. Decadent

My breakfast this morning was kid of a re-mix from last nite. Open faced sloppy joe with over eay eggs this morning and last nite open faced with mozz and prov cheese under the broiler

Cold somen noodles, Japanese style coleslaw, vegan kamaboko (fishcake), vegan tamagoyaki (omelet), sauteed tofu, some pickled veggies and Mandarin oranges. Yes I made it all. Tonight... PIZZA!

I will have to ask my wife about that. She cooked this one, problem is that she doesn't really use recipes. She just cooks (according to her)!
