Thanks Norma! They were. Gonna brine them for 24 hours next time prior to cooking. The meat has been engineered to be "too white". I gotta go hunt me some boar! (If I had any knowledge of how to do such a thing!)John K
I'll bet Boss Man could teach ya how to hunt wild boar, that guy does everything. And he's got pineapples too for the boars mouth while you roast him after ya catch 'em! How cool is that man?
