Bear Creek, "Creamy Wild Rice" soup, with some extra diced onion, garlic, dill, mushrooms and some cubed fish that were flash fried in olive oil and butter and a little American cheap cheese melted in to the pot at the end. If I would've thought of it sooner I would've started with some beer to give it a 'beer cheese' soup edge. About to give it a try. For pseudo instant soup mixes, Bear Creek is right up there at the top. Even without jacking it up a bit, it is very good on it's own compared to other soup mixes, canned or dry!!
