I love pickled anything, onions are right at the top. A buddy gave me a big jar of pickled sunfish, I ate about 1/4 then had enough room to layer some onions in there with 1/2 of a hab and had to wait a week to finish them off
Try the pickled onions, drained with a little sour cream and horseradish stirred together YUM with cheese and crackers!
