In my opinion Chili's Margarita Grilled Chicken – classic Margarita-flavored grilled chicken with hints of lime and citrus, served with rice, black beans, tortilla strips and house-made pico de gallo was really good, but I don't know how healthy it was.
Haha, here I thought you made it! Forgot you were in the road. Still looks good!
Norma,I believe the meal that you had, including sides, is reported nutritionally, under Lighter Choices, at page 2 at http://www.chilis.com/EN/LocationSpecificPDF/MenuPDF/001.005.0000/Chilis%20Nutrition%20Menu%20Generic.pdf?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1. If that is correct, I would say that the main offender is the sodium content. It is 2790mg. The daily limit recommended for a person over 51 is 1500mg. Othewise, the number for sodium is around 2300mg. That is about a teaspoon a day of salt. For general recommendations on the major nutrients, see http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/how-to-eat-healthy/MY02264/NSECTIONGROUP=2.Peter
Mary Ann, what shape of pasta is that? I apologize if it is very common and well-known; I don't know too many varieties.Dan

I guess, if 5' 11" and 160 lbs is skinny. Course, that is what I have weighed for about 35 years, including my omnivore days.
