CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA BAGS?

People from Chicago may know that a real thin crust pizza in this city gets put on a cardboard disc then into a low profile paper bag and stapled shut with the menu....... instead of the traditional cardboard box.
Does anyone know where to buy these? It's not the slice bags, but whole pie bags...
