hi steve, love the air stream. i think you could be very busy with that rig, very nostalgic. I'm old enough to remember the silver trees with the color lights. your dough looks really good is this your normal recipe? can you share it?

It should be made a law that all travel trailers have wfo's in them.

Nice work Steve.

Larry, John and Gene, Thank you all very much. It's guys like you and many others here that inspire me to do the things I do.

Larry, I normally use my Ischia starter for neapolitan pies but this time I used IDY. It was a late decision to make pizza and my starter was hibernating. This is the formula I used with Caputo pizzeria flour.
Flour 100%
Water 60%
IDY   .1%
Salt  2.8%
The dough was bulk fermented at 68 degrees for 12 hrs, balled and kept in a cool garage for 8hrs and then room temp another 8. For the pies you see in the pictures, a second day bake, the dough went into the fridge over night and then room temp for another 8-10 hrs.

Holy Moses! This is the coolest camper I have ever seen. I should have invested in buying one of these rather than creating my own pizza studio in my patio. I could drive it where no one would complain about the smoke. Dear Ev, I am impressed! Also, thank you for the nice pies. How much smoke spews inside the camper when you prime the oven? Good day!

Thanks Omid! To answer your question, actually not much at all, unless I load it up with too much wood. The chimney draws quite well for 6 inch pipe. For the little bit it does smoke, I have an exhaust fan in the ceiling.

Steve, if you don't care to share please just say no. But, wondering what the cost of the original cost of the Airstream and then the cost of the remodel. If you don't want to post it here feel free to PM me if you would like. And, I would understand "none of your business too" :P

thanks
jon

Can't wait to see pics of your first event!  It's going to blow people's minds!

I'm wondering what this is... I blew up the pic.

My first thought was the martian camera from War of the Worlds, 1953 version.  Thanks for the scare. I was 11 and still remember the effects of that movie.
Love the set up.

The trailer itself is such a lighthearted mix of the very. very old and the 1950's futuristic styles, with a bit of psychedelic 60's thrown in I have to suggest something equally silly but awesomely cool:

Just a rough idea.  A whole lotta photoshopping later, it could look awesome.

Harlow Solid Italic

It's not actually the same as the one in the logo. For one the 'e' is different. I didn't have the time to search for a better one and it seemed close.
