It's been over one year and maybe two since I've used my 2stone. Last night decided to get back in the saddle and whip up a 12hr room temp dough.
Oh the fail.
Only had KABF. Turned one into a calzone. Used clogged propane tank and couldn't get the 2stone past 625.
Result=not my best. Still was a nice change from the pan pizzas I've been making. Hopefully it won't be so long until the next time.
