Gotta love hickory smoked ribs! Oh...the salad, sweet potato and homemade bread was also pretty damn good...all washed down by a cold Blue Moon!

Homemade or do we have a restaurant review pending?  Looks mighty fine!
I'd rather eat one good meal a day than 3 squares of garbage.

No restaurant review pending, I smoked them myself. Hickory smoked for 5 hours and eaten in less than 30 minutes ;D :-D

Thank goodness for the WFO, eh john? I'm counting on it keeping me alive come the apocalypse! Also setting up hot running water and electric with a battery, inverter and solar charger on my cart just in case ;)

Glad to know you all are still living the high life in the face of disaster!

John the ribs tasted great too! As far as the table, it was from my grandmother's dining room set. The grain looks especially nice in that pic! How do ribs come out in the WFO?
