A need a few super tasters.

I have a new best friend that is sending me some spice bags used by Mazzio's to make the old Ken's Pizza sauce.  I need some "expert" opinion as to what is in the spice bag that gives it that zing.

 if you want to send a bag my way i have a spice company that will analyze it and remake the product for you. i do not know if they will divulge the formula. the other option i could give you the contact information and you could work the details out yourself.

I might consider that.  It is probably the only sure way.
