I am a fan of deep dish pan & brick oven thin.
I love Pequods, Lou Malnati's, Pizza King (the ones in Muncie, IN), and miss (late 80's) Flying Tomato Pizza in a Pan. I enjoy making my own pizzas when I have the time. It is an art after all.
Mushroom, onion, and broccoli are my favorite ingredients. I like extra sauce (sometimes with bbq mixed in) and easy cheese (or at least, not a ton of cheese).
