No particular reason, I admit.  I just hate it when it sticks freshly out of the bowl.  Once the panetti is good and dusted, I sweep off the extra flour onto the wood peel, rub that in, then tap it in the trash. 

I probably could use a lot less  :-[.
I'd rather eat one good meal a day than 3 squares of garbage.

Sorry for the long hiatus... a lot has happened, but I'm still making the good za.

Pictured is a NY'er (Darwin's favorite) and a Sicilian made in a cast iron skillet.  It's his birthday!

Thanks guys, good to post again and feel part of this great community.  Thanks especially to CB for all the support during an extremely dark time.  I'm not going to lie and say everything is fine now, but it's much, much better than it was.
