Leaving Bologna for Venice tomorrow. Today we visited trattoria Dal Biassanot, on via Piella. This place was written up in. Oct Cucina Italiana for their ravioli. We had no idea when we went. Man was it good! 5 layers of thin hand rolled pasta made with spinach. Our server for lunch rolled the pasta. The cheese plate was Gorgonzola,Parmigiana Regiano, sheep and goat Pecorino and mozz. My soup is consume, Cheryl's pasta in a bean broth. The bread made this morning, ahhhh delicioso!
