I am looking for a spicy pepperoni. NY style pizza or CT pizza tends to use this type. Anyone know who makes this type?

One that lays flat or curls up and chars? If flat, Hormel makes a spicy. If curl and char, Vermont Smoke and Cure - that's my favorite pepperoni period.

I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
