Hello All, My name is Dale Ann and I live in Metro Detroit, MI area. We buildt a house here about 5 years ago and put a wood oven in our kitchen. We make lots and lots of pizza's. The oven is also very good for roasting. My husband and I really like to cook and entertain. We have been experimenting with dough and sauce for awhile now. Just found this site and hope it can make us a better pizza making team.
