The PETA HQ is located there, their building is on the water. I can't remember the name of the radio station who did it was, but what they did was hillarius. The held a fishing tournament right outside the PETA HQ. They issued a challenge to the director of PETA who was a woman to walk out on the balcony nude, and they would end the tournament immediately. They kept saying 'fish will die unless we see some pie'
It was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. My roommate and I blew off class to go watch. She never came out......
