I recently started making my own pies and have been browsing the forum for the past few weeks - and thought it was time I finally joined the site. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the knowledge that many people bring as well as the willingness to help that I've noticed throughout different posts. I am excited to learn more about pizza making in general and gain some insight from the experience this site brings. Thanks everyone!
