Just curious if anyone uses alma cheese on their pies? I use a south alma cheese from foremost farms. I love the flavor although it does tend to oil out a lot. I was thinking of maybe adding some mozzarella with it for that reason but I don't want to sacrifice the flavor. Any ideas?
