"Anti mo Caputo Italian Superfine "00" Farina Flour 2.2 lb Bag"
This is the flour I am trying. I ordered it from amazon because I seem to be in a non diverse area as far as flour goes. I checked all of my local supermarkets and the most specialty I can find in flour is organic all purpose.

Anyone used this particular 00 flour? Any recommendations for my next order. I don't really have space for the gigantic bags some people on here seem to order.

People on here use Caputo flour nonstop, it is by far the most popular neapolitan flour. Check out all the information on the neapolitan forum. They use all the variations caputo.
