I do if they are good ones which for some reason always seem to come in glass bottles.

Here are a couple. The first pie is tomato, anchovies, olives, Calabrian chilies, and the second is cauliflower, garlic, anchovy, red pepper, and smoked EVOO.

Especially ones in glass that are rolled up. The secret to anchovies is to get exactly the correct amount on the pizza. Not enough it is blah, too many and it is dog food.

I love them but I rarely use them because nobody else in my family will eat them. My favorite is anchovies, mushrooms, and onions.

I chop them fine and put them under the cheese, they do not notice them , just like the pizza. I can taste them, though. I do have one daughter that likes them.

Spinach, anchovies, and olives. Now that's good pizza

. Unfortunately most pizza shops use those pre-cut anchovies but we take what we can get.

Mario Batali says the best ones are packed fresh in salt.

I think the key to getting people to like anchovies is to get rid of the massive amount of salt on them. I like to rinse mine before using. Nothing like biting into a chunk of salt. Blah.

Strangely enough, corn niblets.

This is (apparently) a common topping combination in Germany, or so claimed a German roommate of mine a decade ago. I made her one then, but never tried to eat it myself until last year. I think I added some hot peppers in oil when I was eating it, but thought it quite good.
