with different pizza makers adding different flours to their mixes to get softer doughs, am i cheating by adding a little oil to tenderize my pies .i know it is not vpn, but i did not see any changes in cooking.times. the dough was a little fluffier when cut. didn't get a taste as i sold out of dough in under one hour. anyone else add oil.i used 1/2 percent of four.
