From this video, it looks like the heat is pretty uneven, and the chimney draw is next to nothing with smoke pouring out the front of the oven.

Thanks Craig. It was to far and expensive shipment anyway to purchase and now that adds to the equation. Good that this review will help our friends from across the pond.

It says "custom made temperature gauge that reads from 0˚ C to 600˚ C" but if you look at the picture of the thermometer it stops at 500 C.
Also with by-metal thermometer you shouldn't use it above 400 C as the metal will harden and will eventually stop working.

Nice video and Web Site Liked the Sienna as well. Definitely will try some of your recipes. I purchased my WFO from Forno Classico in Santa Barbara, CA close to two years ago. However, I bookmark your site since I might upgrade in the future.
