current recipes NY style

hey new to the site and absoulety love it.  i have looked through the site a few times and noticed that steve and randy have two of the best recipes on here, but since you guys seem to experiment so often and improve upon these recipes what are they currently.  Also are there any others that you recommend. thanks

ps. is it a necessaity to have a table top mixer?

Do you have a copy of it?  If so, is there a NY recipe?  I'm thinking about buying it but I want to know if they elaborate on NY much.  I like thick crust pizza too (not really Chicago style) but it's a local thing possibly

yes there is and it is pretty good.
