Zagat's 10 Destination Pizzas: Ten Pies Worth a Trip

Zagat has published a list of 10 destination pizzerias worthy of a trip. I am not personally familiar with more than a couple of them (embarassingly, I have not visited Olio, in Los Angeles, which is the one closest to me!).  There are lots of good pizza photos, and the commentary seems surprisingly knowledgable.  Here's the link:
