Love these forums,...time to stop lurking. I've been eating and making (or at least helping my momma make) since I had to stand on a chair to reach the counter. I'm grown up now with a family of my own, and "Pizza" is basically a verb in our homes now. Coming from pizza in a cookie sheet in mom's kitchen, I now strive for that NY/NEO-y type of pie. I bake at least once a week, and like to try other places around here too, as often as I can. I've been lurking on the ingredient forums as of late, and have been revisiting all my old Italian import stores to try different tomatoes, mozz, and flours. Some cool finds locally will keep me busy all winter.
