What do you do with leftover pizza dough?

Usually I freeze them, but I have too many already in the freezer, so toady, I shaped the dough, brushed it with rosemary/garlic olive oil and sprinkled with a little sea salt. Baked until done:

Tonight I made a sandwich with this using some leftover roasted lamb.

What do you do with leftover dough balls?

damn that looks good...... looks to me like a pita bread... hmm, a bit of lamb or pork on that,
some nice tzatziki on it, some sliced onion, and I'm there buddy ! 

That bread looks so very good, I'd just pull it apart and eat it like that.

This particular dough was a little a little softer than pita. It did not split completely in half like pita since it didn't puff up everywhere since I cut the amount of starter I use in half. I just remembered there was a thread a few weeks ago about using pizza dough for making naan. I'll try to remember to try that next time I have leftover dough balls.

Often at the end of the night I make Turkish style bread. Or I take the dough home and bake rolls like the ones below. The  wood oven would only be cool enough to bake these at around 4am so I've never had a chance to bake rolls or loaves in it

Mmmm, that looks/sounds REALLY good!!  I think those pizza chains use theirs to make bread sticks and desserts. Pretty good idea!!

 I fry it, spread a piece out about as big as my palm I try to get it as thin as I can with out rolling it.
It's good to have some olive oil on your fingers so the dough doesn't stick to them and it makes it a little easier to streach.
Then fry it up, sprinkle sugar on it and it's some Good Stuff!!

My Great Grandma(Italian), taught me when I was a real young kid. She called it pizza freet. So that's what I call it to this day.
