Tool set recommendation for newbie WFO owner

Hey all,

Does anyone have any advice on a set of tools for a newbie to get for making pizza in a WFO?  Not necessarily the prep stuf, but things like paddles, ir thermometer, etc.

There seem to be a lot of choices in this area so any suggestions are appreciated.  I figure I will put them on the Christmas list and see if I can get lucky.

My suggestion would be to contact John (JConk007). He is one of the nicest and most knowledgable folks on here regarding all things WFO. Just my 2 cents.

Unless you have a very small or very large oven, I would suggest 47" handle on the loading peel and 59" on the turning peel and shovel.

Exactly as I sent you in the PM! great minds think alike!  47" on the launch peel 59 on the turning peel 8 or 9" head Perf or non perf those 2 are personal choices, Get the azzure professional line very nice stuff ! Glad to get you whatever you need.
