I'm in western Maryland, and although I love wood fired, NY style, and any type of gourmet pizza, I gotta admit....My got to pizza is the par baked "cardboard" crust pizza. There's a chain in my area called Fox's Pizza Den. It's a medium thick crust with a crunch to it. There's actually several independent places in the area that serve the exact same pizza, so I guess this area just loves the taste of cardboard! Do any of you guys out there just crave the cardboard?
