Crab pizza

Well this is last nights bake. Fresh crab meat with Chau's white sauce. I also added some melted butter on top. Bake at 625 for 3min. at 1/4 power for the whole bake. It was to die for!!! I will do it again and again. The next time I will add some shrimp to it.  ;D

Looks good.  I need to try a crab pizza.  I can't believe how many pies I've made and have yet to try crab as a topping.  :-[

I've been thinking about crab for a long time but have not tried it either. I need to fix that.

Looks tasty. I baked one I call the Butter King a while back (http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,20926.0.html). It's one of my favorite pizzas. What is Chau's white sauce?

I cooked it in my LBE...The white sauce is in my post, "My continuing saga..LBE"  I don't know how to add a previous post, maybe someone can help me on how to do it. ???

Being from Baltimore, the land of the Blue Swimming Crab, I've come up with my own Crab Pie as well.  The recipe starts with a Parmesan Crab Dip smeared heavily on a pizza round, then dusted with Old Bay and thin sliced Red Onions.  Personally, it's pizza perfection.  I want to try your recipe now and compare!
