The most interesting pizza in your area?
« on: December 02, 2012, 11:50:26 AM »
Hello all,

I am compiling a list of interesting pizzas to make. For instance, Smoked Salmon, Creme Fraiche, Capers, Dill, Red Onions. I was wondering if you could post an interesting pizza that you have recently eaten or come across on your pizza journey. Thanking you in advance  :pizza: :chef:

Not a local pizza, but interesting nonetheless: mascarpone+blue cheese, thinly sliced asparagus, Meyer lemon evoo, fresh lemon juice, salt.

It's also good "bird's next" style such as: mascarpone or mozzarella, thinly sliced asparagus, quail eggs (raw), melted butter (or evoo), lemon juice, salt.
"We make great pizza, with sourdough when we can, commercial yeast when we must, but always great pizza."

Do you drop the egg on after you cook the pizza or before? oh I see from the pic that there are multiple cooked eggs on the pizza, that's nice!
